This in essence takes the hassle out of any clients life insofar as you will be given the choice of available land and our associate architect will design the home that would suite the needs of you and your family.

The home is designed within the architectural guidelines and taking into consideration the client’s budget. The package is structured with the complete project in consideration, i.e – it includes finishes with adequate allowances to literally Walk in and Live.

With our insight and experience we go as far as assisting the client with the selection of finishes to minimise the confusion that the wide variety of choice creates.
